Abdelfattah Abuqayyas
Comprehensive multidisciplinary ICT strategic experience: Versatile and accomplished Managerial Executive Positions with a broad background in the ICT industry for about 35 years with global and regional companies. A highly qualified and experienced advisor with a professional consultancy in ICT Business, Policies, Strategies, and Regulations; Spectrum Management; Information Technology Development, Internet Development, and HRM/HRD. Monitor regional and international regulatory developments. Liaise with concerned departments to provide technical, financial, economic, and HRM studies associated with existing and new regulations.

Abuqayyas  worked for 8 years as a Regulatory & Policy Consultant at the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), where he has been In Charge of many  activities related to regulatory,  technical, legal and restructuring issues. At CITC he was the project manager for several projects in the field of Communications, Internet, Radio Spectrum Management, Equipment Type Approval, Licensing, Strategic HRM, restructuring, and capacity building projects.

His consulting experience of over fifteen  years has been exclusively in telecommunications, Information and technology, usually working at consultancy, project management, and senior management level. 

Abuqayyas has worked for Governments, Private sector,  United Nations (ITU), National ICT Regulators and Telecommunications Operators in many Middle East countries including Jordan; Syria, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.  He has also provided training  in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Djibouti, Mauritania, Sudan, Yemen, Bahrain, and Russian Federation. He also conducted  training on behalf of INMARSAT on Maritime communications  in many Arab Countries as part time trainer.

Saad Abu-Odeh
A professional executive focused on the management of operations with extensive experience in the regional telecommunications and energy industries.
From 2008-2010, Saad was the CEO of Kingdom Electricity in Jordan where he supported the acquisition and privatization of the electricity distribution companies in Jordan (EDCO and IDECO) and was closely engaged in establishing the new electricity supply regulatory framework. Saad was subsequently responsible for integration and transforming these previously government-owned companies into performance-oriented, synergetic entities within the context of the new regulations.
Previously Saad assumed several executive roles in the telecommunications industry including CCO for Zain Group in Kuwait, COO of Zain Jordan and more recently Deputy CEO and CCO of Ettihad Atheeb Telecom in Saudi Arabia. As such Saad Abu-Odeh has steadily led these respective departments into several successful implementations leading to double digit growth and successful turnarounds.
Saad Abu-Odeh holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunications from The University of Virginia and has attended executive courses with The University of Chicago and Insead.
Huda Izziddin
Ms. Izziddin held the position of Director of Legal Affairs in both the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission, and Jordan Mobile Telephone Services Company (Zain) respectively.
Prior to that she worked as the In-house lawyer in Petra-Bank under liquidation, in addition to working as a practicing lawyer in two highly ranked law offices in Jordan.
Ms. Izziddin has participated in several seminars among which is the “Number Portability Seminar” held in Berlin 2002, and the “Women’s Leadership Seminar” held in Washington., D.C. 2009
Among her duties was the participation in the review of Laws, Bylaws, Policy Statements, Regulatory Instructions and consultations and providing opinions to the TRC and Zain on the same.
Ms. Izziddin holds an LLB in Private Law from the University of Jordan and a Diploma in English Legal Studies and an LLM degree in Commercial Law from Bristol University/ England.
Fouad Sahlieh

Over 20 years of experience in Telecom industry including Network design, planning, optimization, operations and regulatory affairs.Launched several Green Field wireless networks in several countries and managed and headed the launch of new technologies within existing network with the latest launch of 4G LTE in Umniah Mobile Company in Jordan during early 2016 with about 150Millions USD budget.MBA in banking and finance from The German Jordanian University- TAG School of Business Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from University of Florida USA.

Strategic planning as well as daily operations experience.Working experience with vendors and consulting environments Multinational experience in Asia, Africa, Middle East and USA.

Experience in financial modeling of business of wireless networks.Experience in Business planning and feasibility studies and analysis Technology modeling and strong IT knowledge. Experience in startup companies, launched 5 wireless networks from scratch Managerial experience, vendor and contracts negotiation.
